Capital Campaigns
Test feasibility then build and run the campaign.
Capital fundraising needs two builds:
- Feasibility (is it fundable?)
- Delivery (raising the money through an organised campaign)
We support both.
Stage 1 – Feasibility
We assess readiness and potential through:
- Strategic alignment and internal readiness review
- Donor/funder landscape diagnostics
- For charities: past supporters, local networks, trusts, corporates, and HNWI potential
- For schools: parents, alumni, local community, trusts and corporates
- Draft Case for Support and early gift table thinking
- Stakeholder interviews to test appetite and capacity
- A clear “go / adjust / pause” recommendation
Stage 2 – Campaign delivery
If feasibility is positive, we then build and run the campaign:
- Final Case for Support and campaign messaging
- Prospect pipeline build and moves management
- Trusts/corporates/HNWI strands aligned into one plan
- Reporting, momentum and stewardship so the campaign doesn’t stall
Typical first 30 days
- Review of readiness, governance and internal capacity
- Feasibility approach agreed, including interview plan and decision points
- Stakeholder interview list drafted and outreach approach agreed
- Case for Support structure drafted (headings and key messages)
- A clear timeline for feasibility and next steps
Exact deliverables depend on your starting point, capacity and deadlines. We'll confirm scope after the discovery call.
